About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Brand, Marketing and Growth Manager to take ownership of brand, marketing and growth across one or more businesses within the group, including hospitality, service-led brands, and product-based brands sold through e-commerce and offline channels.
This role requires someone who can understand the business deeply - its products or services, customer base, market positioning, revenue goals and growth opportunities - then turn that understanding into clear strategy, strong execution and measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the brand, marketing and growth function across assigned businesses.
· Develop practical digital and offline marketing strategies aligned with business priorities.
· Build execution plans for campaigns, launches, promotions, PR, partnerships and activators.
· Support online sales growth, e-commerce performance, customer acquisition and conversion improvement.
· Oversee digital presence, content direction, promotional planning and sales-supporting campaigns.
· Identify, brief and manage agencies, freelancers, media buyers, PR support and external vendors.
· Support business development through presentations, partnership positioning and market-facing initiatives.
· Track performance, review outcomes and recommend improvements with a commercial mindset.
Candidate Profile
· Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy and execution.
· Able to understand a business commercially, not only creatively.
· Comfortable across service-led and product-based businesses.
· Good understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce and online sales growth.
· Strong project management, coordination and follow-up skills.
· Able to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies and freelancers effectively.
· Hands-on, proactive, organized and accountable.
Experience
in hospitality, lifestyle, retail, e-commerce or consumer-facing brands is a strong advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
