The Brand Manager, Rare Disease will lead marketing strategy and execution to drive brand growth and patient impact across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand and operational plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
- Lead omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials, and digital engagement for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Use market insights and performance data to develop strategies that accelerate brand growth.
- Lead scientific engagement activities, including training programs, masterclasses, and educational events.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams to align execution.
- Manage marketing investments to maximize return while meeting local regulatory and company standards.
Requirements
- Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience with a record of delivering business results.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget management.
- A scientific or medical degree is required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- A postgraduate marketing qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in multinational healthcare organizations and product launches is preferred.
