Position Summary
Ramasat is seeking an experienced and driven Brand Manager responsible for leading the company’s brand presence, managing multiple locations and teams, and ensuring the successful execution of business objectives across all operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives under pressure, can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and consistently delivers results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies that support business growth and strengthen market presence.
- Ensure consistent brand standards, customer experience, and operational excellence across all stores and business units.
- Manage and oversee multiple stores, departments, and teams while maintaining high performance standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and team members to achieve company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Work closely with the General Manager to execute strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities without compromising quality or results.
- Handle high-pressure situations, operational challenges, and business-critical decisions effectively.
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, operations, and support departments to ensure seamless execution of company goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Brand Management, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stores, teams, and business functions simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving business targets.
- Ability to make decisions independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Results-oriented with a hands-on management style.
