Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer research, market studies and competitor analysis to shape brand strategy and communications.
• Design and execute awareness campaigns across digital, out-of-home and partnerships.
• Build health, fitness and food communities through events, collaborations and ambassador programs.
• Plan and activate on-ground events, workshops and brand experiences across Dubai.
• Own the brand calendar, oversee creative output and manage agency and influencer relationships.
• Develop marketing mechanisms to support partnerships and corporate tie-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• 3–6 years of brand or marketing management experience; food, DTC or lifestyle experience is ideal.
• Startup experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Proven campaign, event and community initiative delivery; strong digital marketing, social media and influencer knowledge.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and project management skills.
