Job Summary
The F&B Brand Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations & long-term development of multiple outlets following the vision of Brunch & Cake Global; ensuring all stores are compliant with company guidelines, quality standards, food safety and health & safety policies.
& Responsibilities
- -Driving sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise.
- The Brand Manager should be anticipating requirements on labor, food, utilities, and supply costs with appropriate controls.
- Monitors P&L and takes corrective action as necessary to help ensure that budget goals are attained.
- Meets the Brand’s financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Controls cost and consistency with systems and training by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation standards.
- -The ability to scale the brand, commit to the brand agreement expansion plan and execute the plan and number of outlets committed.
- -Secure premium location for expansion as per the development plan, successfully open, launch and train the newly opened outlets beyond the first outlet.
- Integral in finding new sites, doing the needed market research & verifying the financial feasibility of said sites.
- -The Brand Manager must ensure timelines are met on development in the market and new store opening’s targeted dates are reached.
- Negotiates rents to ensure each location is financially viable.
- -Maintain an audit of 85 % minimum across the year in the brand audits across all outlets.
- -Forecast and budget the brand expansion budget and the ability to reach profitability and a 20
- % EBITDA minimum within the second year of operation.
- -Ensure the construction and fit out of the outlets, FF&E and OS&E are as brand standard and built within the time agreed and committed with the expansion plan.
- -Implements processes and procedures to continuously improve the performance of the Brunch & Cake brand in the local market, measured by internal & marketing audits, 3rd party HACCP audits & mystery diners.
