The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals, aesthetic clinics, and key stakeholders to drive brand performance, execute marketing initiatives, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve brand objectives across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, and clinics.
- Execute brand strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
- Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and educational activities for healthcare professionals.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of commercial and marketing plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
- Knowledge of the UAE healthcare and aesthetic market is preferred.
- Existing professional relationships within the UAE aesthetic sector are an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
