  • We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, positioning, and marketing initiatives that strengthen our market presence and drive customer loyalty.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee brand development, manage integrated campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
  • Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing and branding campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor assessments to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, sales, and creative teams to deliver consistent brand experiences
  • Monitor brand performance, customer perception, and campaign effectiveness using key performance metrics
  • Manage brand budgets, marketing initiatives, and external agency relationships
  • Ensure brand compliance across digital, print, social media, and corporate communications materials
  • Support product launches, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives from a branding perspective
  • Prepare brand performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or a related field preferred
  • Master's degree or MBA is advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, product marketing, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing brand strategies, campaigns, or marketing initiatives preferred
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, market research, and marketing strategy
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and managing brand assets
  • Excellent analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and brand management software is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
