Tabeer Developments is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Executive to support the development and execution of brand initiatives, marketing campaigns, and content strategies.
The successful candidate will work closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all marketing activities, content productions, and brand communications are aligned with the company's vision, objectives, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand and content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Tabeer Developments and external creative agencies, ensuring all campaigns and content align with brand positioning and marketing goals.
- Contribute strategic and creative ideas for marketing campaigns, project launches, content series, social media initiatives, and video productions.
- Participate in campaign planning, content brainstorming sessions, and creative reviews to ensure effective messaging and audience engagement.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of video shoots, content creation activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Organize internal resources, staff participation, locations, schedules, and logistics required for marketing and production activities.
- Review creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and marketing materials, providing feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain marketing and content calendars in coordination with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and recommend marketing initiatives.
- Support branding requirements for project launches, events, exhibitions, corporate communications, and promotional events.
- Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve content effectiveness, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, content strategy, agency management, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating with creative agencies, production teams, and digital marketing partners.
- Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, social media, and consumer engagement.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
