Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Brand Coordinator
to support our growing brands.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in graphic design, event coordination, vendor management, aggregator platform coordination, and daily marketing operations.
Brand & Marketing Coordination
- Support execution of brand and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing materials
- Assist in planning and implementing promotional campaigns and activations
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks
Graphic Design
- Create visually engaging marketing materials including:
- Social media creatives
- In-store promotional materials
- Menu updates
- Digital advertisements
- Event collateral
- Adapt and resize designs for various digital and print platforms
- Coordinate with external printing vendors when required
Event Coordination
- Plan and coordinate brand events, activations, launches, and promotional campaigns
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for event execution
- Track event timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution
Vendor Coordination
- Manage communication with design agencies, printers, production vendors, and promotional suppliers
- Obtain quotations, negotiate timelines, and ensure timely delivery
- Track vendor performance and maintain quality standards
Aggregator Management (F&B Platforms)
- Manage listings and promotions on food delivery aggregator platforms such as
- Talabat
- Deliveroo
- Noon Food
- Keeta
- Coordinate menu updates, pricing changes, product launches, and campaign setup
- Monitor platform performance and promotional execution
- Work with aggregator account managers to optimize visibility and sales
Marketing Operations Support
- Coordinate approvals and campaign timelines
- Maintain marketing calendars and asset libraries
- Track campaign execution and report performance metrics
- Support store-level marketing requirements
- Willing to work in Al Ain.
