Brand & Content Assistant (Russian-speaking)

Overview

• Select Atelier is looking for a part-time Brand & Content Assistant to support the early development of our Dubai-based curated gifting and experiences concept.
• This is a hands-on freelance / part-time role of approximately 15 hours per week for someone with strong visual taste, good organisation skills, and an interest in gifting, lifestyle, events, hospitality, design, or curated brand experiences.
• As we are at MVP stage, the role will combine brand support, content creation, market research, sourcing, and early go-to-market activities.
• The role will include:
• supporting Instagram content, stories, captions, and simple visual layouts
• helping create light photo and video content for social media
• preparing Canva visuals, moodboards, content drafts, and simple presentation materials
• researching gifting ideas, packaging, suppliers, florists, stationery, venues, lifestyle brands, and experience providers in Dubai/UAE
• supporting brand positioning research, including target audience, occasions, customer needs, and competitor references
• helping develop gifting concepts for different occasions, including client gifts, event gifts, welcome gifts, birthdays, and thoughtful personal gestures
• maintaining supplier, inspiration, and pricing lists
• supporting outreach to potential partners, creators, suppliers, and early clients
• collecting feedback from early users and helping identify what works, what is unclear, and what can be improved
• tracking simple early-stage metrics such as inquiries, engagement, saves, website clicks, and content performance
• assisting with day-to-day brand development during the MVP stage
• Ideal profile:
• strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• confident with Instagram, Canva, and online research
• comfortable creating simple iPhone content for stories/reels
• organised, proactive, and hands-on
• curious about consumer behaviour, gifting, lifestyle, and brand experience
• good written English
• Russian-speaking
• Dubai-based or familiar with the UAE lifestyle / gifting market
• available on a freelance or part-time basis
• This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building things from the beginning and is comfortable working across content, sourcing, brand support, and early market testing.
