General Summary or Job Objective

**Essential Functions**

• Represent the retail outlets at various events, exhibitions, and promotional activities across Dubai.
• Promote the brand by effectively communicating product and service offerings to potential customers and generating interest.
• Engage with customers both online and offline, providing tailored recommendations and personalized support.
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence by sharing brand-related content and experiences.
• Distribute promotional materials and conduct product or service demonstrations, where applicable.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Provide valuable feedback on customer interactions, preferences, and experiences to the marketing and sales teams.
• Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company offerings, and promotional strategies.
• Support the planning and execution of brand-related events, exhibitions, and community outreach activities.

**Qualifications and Experience**

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Charismatic, approachable, and capable of building strong rapport with customers.
• Experience in or passion for the retail industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable using social media platforms and promoting content online.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal communication skills.
