Blue Cap Pro is entirely unique.
We are expanding our sales network and looking for a sharp, highly presentable, and charismatic individual to act as the face of our brand on a part-time, fully flexible basis.
This role is designed for a dynamic "influencer-type" personality who knows how to command a room, build rapport instantly, and close deals.
This will not interfere with your current commitments.
There are no fixed hours and no office to report to.
You work when you want, pitch who you want, and earn a high-percentage commission on every single deal you close.
What You Will Be Doing
- **Acting as the Face of Blue Cap Pro:**
- Representing the company in high-stakes meetings alongside our core team, while also having the autonomy to conduct solo pitches.
- **Driving Revenue:**
- Introducing businesses to our advertising platform, pitching decision-makers, and closing advertising partnerships.
- **Building Relationships:**
- Leveraging your personal charisma and existing network to connect with brand managers and business owners.
- *Note: You focus on the pitch and the close. We handle all the backend fulfillment.*
Who We Are Looking For
- **Impeccable Presentation:**
- You have a polished, professional, and commanding presence.
- Looks, styling, and how you carry yourself matter immensely in this client-facing role.
- **Strong Personal Brand:**
- You naturally network, likely have a strong digital presence or micro-influencer background, and understand the power of personal presentation.
- **Proven Closer:**
- You have a background in sales, real estate, media, events, or high-end client-facing roles.
- You are not afraid to ask for the business.
- **Self-Starter:**
- You are ambitious, driven by 100% performance-based income, and want a slice of the pie (equity) rather than a safe base salary.
- **Logistics:**
- Based in the UAE with a valid driving license.
Experience
- Sales/Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
- Client-Facing/Brand Ambassador experience (Highly Preferred)
