Overview

Bedashing Beauty Lounge is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Female Branch Supervisor

to oversee the daily operations of one of our luxury beauty lounge branches.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team.

Operations Management

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor appointment schedules, guest flow, and staff allocation to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Handle branch opening and closing procedures.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and support the branch team to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication across the team.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every guest receives a premium and personalized service experience.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally and promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive branch revenue through excellent customer service and retail product promotion.
  • Support the achievement of branch sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling services and retail products.
  • Prepare and share branch performance updates with management.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate branch records, reports, attendance, and inventory documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams as required.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products and supplies.
  • Assist in scheduling, leave planning, and workforce management.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
