About the Role

As Branch Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the branch’s sales performance, leading a dynamic team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, operational excellence, and market leadership.

You will play a key role in strengthening our market presence in Jeddah while delivering outstanding client experiences and maximizing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Drive the achievement of ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Design and execute forward-thinking sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales pipelines, and team performance, ensuring consistent delivery of results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to enhance business outcomes.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to executive management.

  • Proven experience (5–8+ years) in sales, with a strong track record in the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Jeddah real estate market and investment landscape.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities with high-value clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
