Role overview
Roasting House is hiring an experienced Branch Manager.
The role requires at least three years of experience as a Branch Manager.
Food & Beverage sector experience is highly preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations and maintain smooth business performance.
- Grow sales and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Engage existing and potential customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and account issues; negotiate contracts and manage key requests.
- Support successful sales transactions and provide after-sales service.
- Prepare account activity and status reports, including potential issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and business performance.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of Branch Manager experience is required.
- F&B experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
