Role overview

The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, customer service, brand standards, and the branch team at Luca Park.

The role supports a fun, safe, and engaging experience for visitors and their dogs.

The opportunity is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily branch operations and maintain hygiene, safety, and guest-experience standards.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor team members; manage shift schedules.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Oversee cash handling, inventory control, and daily reporting.
Coordinate promotions and events with operations and marketing teams.
Ensure visiting dogs receive proper care, comfort, and safety under company policies.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and comply with company, health, and safety requirements.

Education and experience

2–4 years of retail experience, for example in a pet store or veterinary practice.
Relevant diploma in management.
Knowledge of pet safety, dog behavior, or dog park operations.
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, or operations software.

Skills and competencies

Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Strong organization and problem-solving; able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.
Passionate about pets, especially dogs; responsible, dependable, proactive, and service-oriented.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
