Requirements

  •  5 years industry experience, or equivalent combination of education is an asset
  •  5 years’ experience managing managers in a fast-paced environment required
  •  Strong Business acumen
  •  Ability managing and leading assigned projects and employees
  •  Ability to manage administrative duties along with field work
  •  Excellent organizational and time management
  •  Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  •  Excellence in clear and concise feedback, performance management and coaching
  •  Attention to detail and analytical skills
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint/ Documents,
  • Sheets, Gmail, and Slides) at an intermediate level
  •  Valid driver’s License
  •  Valid Pest Control License or willing to obtain
  •  High school diploma; university degree preferred
  •  Licenses/certificates as required by federal and provincial regulations
  •  Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  •  Ability to work at heights and lift in excess of fifty pounds
