Branch Manager - Level 1

Kinsmith Finance is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our office while building strong customer relationships within the community.

• Lead and develop branch employees
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage loan applications and account decisions
• Work with customers to resolve account issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Oversee branch performance and profitability

• Leadership or management experience
• Strong communication and coaching ability
• Financial services, retail, or banking experience preferred

• Strong communication , organizational , and problem-solving skills .
• Prior experience managing and training others .
• Prior Finance, Retail , or S ales experience.
• Ability to work beyond our standard weekday hours if necessary to meet business goals .
• Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheets.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

All Branch Managers are eligible to earn a monthly commission that is based upon the profitability of the office.

Commissions should account for an additional 20% to 30% of a successful manager’s base compensation.

However, there is no limit as to how much commission can be earned.

Additionally, We offer various other special production related bonuses for top performers on a quarterly or yearly basis.
