Role overview

Responsibilities

• Track sales performance and produce reports, monthly scorecards, and recommendations for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with the ABOM, South BC, on annual sales budgeting.
• Execute the Price Increase Plan, including pricing, customer communications, strategy alignment, and sales-team support.
• Supervise Inside Sales Representatives across locations, including timesheets, performance management, and career development.
• Develop tools and programs for cold-call follow-ups, targeted market campaigns, telemarketing, and specialized software.
• Manage customer contracts, expiration dates, and renewals; assist Account Executives with proposals and bids.
• Monitor compliance with sales processes; train and coach staff on CRM tools such as Salesforce; collaborate across departments to improve workflows.

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial field.
• College diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of ISO quality systems and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and BI tools.
• Experience leading a team in a unionized environment.

Compensation

• Salary range is $90,000–$95,000 annually.
