About the Role

The company is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its branches and own its results.
The position is full-time in Riyadh and other cities.
What You'll Do
- Lead the branch team day to day.
- Deliver sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure every guest receives service at brand standard.
- Manage schedules, cash, inventory and ordering.
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety compliance.
- Coach and develop your crew.
- Report branch performance to the Area Manager.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in F&B or retail operations, including at least 2 years managing a branch or outlet.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Hands-on with POS, inventory and basic P&L.
- Professional appearance and commitment to brand standards.
- Full availability for shift work, including weekends.
- All nationalities welcome; candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
