Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily branch operations.
  • Supervise administrative activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Support student admissions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with trainers, sales staff, and management.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor branch attendance, schedules, and operational requirements.
  • Assist in achieving branch performance and enrollment targets.
  • Address student concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, or branch coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
