- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in administrative and office management tasks
- Background or experience in the translation industry is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Holding a valid UAE **residence visa** is an added advantage
