Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting branch operations through accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain branch accounts and financial records.
- Record daily transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash, and petty cash accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor branch expenses and ensure budget compliance.
- Assist with audits and tax/VAT-related documentation.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial performance and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience in UAE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
