Overview

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience within a successful boxing club, fitness business, sports organization, or wellness brand.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results through case studies, campaign performance, lead generation metrics, revenue growth, and other key business outcomes.
• Experience working as a standalone marketing lead responsible for the entire marketing function, rather than as a specialist within a large marketing department.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, CRM marketing, content strategy, PR, social media, partnerships, content production, and brand management.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai market, local consumer behavior, and marketing channels that deliver real business results.
• Experience managing external teams and contractors, including designers, content creators, videographers, agencies, and freelancers.
• Ability to take full ownership of the marketing department and independently solve a wide range of business and marketing challenges within a small team environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
