The Role

Responsibilities

• Lead Salon operations and manage, coach, and support the team.
• Deliver personalised client service and build long-term relationships with collectors and luxury clients.
• Support sales, commercial objectives, product sourcing, category strategy, and execution of the Salon offer.
• Develop client engagement initiatives, partnerships, events, and boutique programming.
• Oversee appointments, inventory coordination, visual presentation, opening and closing, and operational readiness.
• Maintain accurate client information and monitor regional luxury-market trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with security, inventory, confidentiality, and operational policies; coordinate with support teams to resolve issues.

Skills and Experience

• Experience managing a luxury retail, hospitality, private client, gallery, or similar high-touch client environment.
• People-management experience and ability to lead, motivate, and develop a client-facing team.
• Commercial awareness, sales-performance experience, and ability to deepen client relationships.
• Strong client service, organisation, judgement, communication, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Interest in luxury, collecting, art, design, jewellery, watches, or related categories is beneficial.
