Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional **Bouncer** to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry, enforcing venue rules, managing crowd control, and responding appropriately to any security or safety issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the venue, checking IDs and ensuring only authorized individuals enter
- Maintain order inside and outside the premises
- Enforce venue policies, rules, and local regulations in a professional manner
- Identify and de-escalate potential conflicts or disruptive behavior
- Remove unruly or intoxicated patrons when necessary, using minimal and appropriate force
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or safety concerns
- Conduct routine patrols of the venue to ensure safety and security
- Coordinate with management and local authorities when required
- Complete incident reports and communicate issues to supervisors
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in security, crowd control, or a similar role preferred
- Strong observation and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local laws and venue regulations is an advantage
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
