Schedule/Location

  • Part-Time 20hrs/week, Hybrid role (must be available to meet in person twice a month)

Specific Areas of Responsibility

  • Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and timely.
  • Process accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, obtaining approvals, and preparing payments.
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances as needed.
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies or concerns to leadership.
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any variances.
  • Maintain organized financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with annual audits, tax preparation, and compliance-related requests.
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities as needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee information.
  • Perform other administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or medical billing environments is a plus.
