A Dubai media production house seeks a junior Booking / Media Coordinator for its growing team.
The work combines client bookings, production coordination, social media, content editing, and general administration.
Requirements
- Arabic and English bilingual ability is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in administration, customer service, media, events, or production is advantageous.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and professional attitude.
- Basic editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar; able to work independently and with a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Riyadh and other cities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate client bookings, production schedules, crew, equipment, and production logistics.
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and related documents; communicate with clients, suppliers, and production teams.
- Manage social media platforms and create, schedule, publish, and edit social and marketing content.
- Assist with general administration and day-to-day production tasks.
