Booking Agent supporting smart metering operations by arranging smart meter installation appointments and helping customers receive a good service.
Responsibilities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to book smart meter installation appointments.
- Explain the installation process, answer questions, and handle concerns professionally.
- Accurately update customer details and appointments in booking systems.
- Meet individual and team booking targets and KPIs.
- Follow procedures, approved scripts, and data-protection requirements.
- Complete follow-ups and maintain accurate call records.
- Work with colleagues, team leaders, and field operations.
Candidate requirements
- Excellent communication and telephone skills; confident, professional manner.
- Customer-focused, organised, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple tasks and systems.
- Confident handling questions, concerns, and objections; able to problem-solve and stay calm in a busy environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, and motivated to meet targets.
- Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams, is sought.
- Previous call-centre, appointment-setting, customer-service, or sales experience is advantageous; full training is provided.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary is AED 5,000 per month.
- Benefits include 30 days annual leave aligned to the UK holiday structure, UAE work visa and residency sponsorship, private health insurance, training, career progression, and team incentives.
Working hours
- UK shift, Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays: 12:00 PM–10:00 PM in winter or 11:00 AM–9:00 PM in summer.
Workplace
- Office-based, in-person role at Goshi Warehouse City, Dubai.
