Booking Agent / Customer Service Representative

About This Role

Education Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience: 2-3 Years of relevant experience.

• Familiar in Logistics operations
• Knowledge of applicable tools and equipment

Core Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving and verifying of the booked Qty ofpallets/ cages and update Logistics system accordingly. Ensure that the pallets/ cages received from concessionaire’ssuppliers are according to the standard dimension, products arenot damaged, received in well-packed manner. Responsible in preparing proper documents pertaining to anydiscrepancies. Ensure that material is handled, preserved, and stored inaccordance with nature of goods hence to avoid any potentialcomplaints from concessions. Create appropriate type of booking on concessionaire's behalf forany deliveries pre-confirmed bookings. Responsible for all database transactions in the LogisticsManagement Portal system related to the receipt, issuance, anddistribution of Goods In & Goods Out. Maintain standards of the highest quality and compliance with HSErequirements. Monitoring the daily deliveries for all concession partners andcompleting their deliveries on time without any complaint.
