Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an experienced and passionate Book Seller.
The responsibilities include assisting customers with book selections, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing bookstore, processing sales transactions, and managing inventory.
The candidate will contribute to creating an inviting and enriching atmosphere that promotes reading.
Qualifications
- Experience in Bookselling and Sales processes to assist customers effectively and drive store sales
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an outstanding shopping experience
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Proactive attitude, organizational aptitude, and attention to detail
- Passion for books and literature, with knowledge of various genres
- Ability to work effectively in a on-site retail environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in retail is an advantage
