With major projects secured across NSW and a bold new growth phase underway, we're expanding our team and looking for Qualified Boilermakers and Riggers/Crane Operators who are ready to take on the challenge.

Qualified Boilermakers
- Trade Certificate / Certificate of Proficiency
- Ability to pass welding qualifications
- Drawing interpretation & project scope understanding
- Strong communication & work ethic
- WHS Construction card
- Working at Heights
- Driver’s licence & transport
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical (incl. D&A)
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Riggers And Crane Operators
- Relevant high risk & rigging qualifications
- Strong safety mindset
- Experience working across construction, mining, or infrastructure sites
- Ability to travel to project sites across NSW
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- WHS Construction card
- Working at Heights
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
• Rail Industry Worker Training
- Multi skilled tickets and additional high risk certifications
- Mining-specific inductions
- Order 43 Medical clearance
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects
