- Required Education and Experience at Hire-
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of experience in the mechanical or building trades.
- Preferred Education and Experience -
- Five years of experience in the mechanical or building trades.
- Valid Drivers's License is required.

- Job Type: University Support Staff
- Appointment Duration: 12 months
- Work Schedule: Full Time – Sunday thru Saturday, 4 -10 hour days
- Salary Range: grade 6, $17.66 hour
