Al Waha Cars is seeking an experienced and results-driven Body Shop Manager to join our automotive operations team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily body shop operations including denting, painting, and polishing
Supervise foremen, technicians, denters, painters, and support staff
Monitor job cards, repair progress, and ensure timely vehicle delivery
Manage accident repair cases and coordinate insurance-related jobs
Ensure strict quality control standards prior to vehicle handover
Optimize manpower allocation and workshop productivity
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate closely with Service Advisors and senior management
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in automotive body shop operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Hands-on experience in accident repairs and insurance coordination
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence
