POSITION: BODYSHOP ADMIN
Job Description:
- 1-3 years of experience in a body shop, automotive, or similar role
- Good knowledge of repair processes and insurance procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good Communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage job cards and maintain accurate records of all repair orders.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and insurance companies
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and documentation for repairs
- Maintain proper filing of documents
- Monitor job process and ensure timely completion
- Assist in parts ordering and inventory tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
