Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Sharjah for a Bobcat Skid & JCB Operator.
The role involves operating Bobcat skid-steer loaders and JCB excavators for a variety of construction tasks, including earthwork, loading, trenching, and grading.
You will be responsible for maintaining and inspecting machinery to ensure safety and functionality while adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
Collaboration with project teams to execute tasks efficiently and meet project timelines will be an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating Bobcat skid-steer loaders and JCB excavators
- Practical experience in earthworks, trenching, grading, and site preparation
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and performing pre-operation inspections
- Adherence to safety regulations and standardized protocols
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a construction team
- Physical fitness to perform tasks in varying environmental conditions
- Valid operating licenses for Bobcat Skid-Steer Loaders and JCB equipment
- Previous experience in operating machinery for road construction or civil works is a plus
- Basic communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
