Overview
The role: Safely captain our wakesurf boat for daily rental sessions at Porto Arabia, setting up the wave and ensuring every trip runs smoothly and safely.
Responsibilities
- Operate the boat and surf/ballast system for each session
- Conduct safety briefings; ensure life-jacket and capacity compliance
- Daily checks, freshwater flushing, cleaning, fueling, basic upkeep
- Coordinate with the coach and guests on the water
Requirements
- Valid Qatar boat/small-craft driving licence (required; support available to obtain)
- Experience operating inboard or small powerboats, ideally wake/surf boats
- Knowledge of The Pearl / Doha waters preferred
- Strong swimmer; first-aid an advantage
- Reliable, safety-focused, customer-friendly
