Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Board of Advisors Member located in Dubai with flexibility to work remotely for some responsibilities.
The Board of Advisors Member will provide strategic guidance, contribute insights to critical financial and operational decisions, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
include offering expert advice on financial strategy, conducting market research, evaluating business opportunities, supporting fundraising efforts, and contributing to marketing strategies when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Fundraising, with a proven ability to enhance financial strategies and secure investments.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research for evaluating market trends, feasibility, and opportunities.
- Experience in Marketing, including contributing to branding and growth strategies.
- Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and industry-specific challenges in real estate development.
- Track record of providing strategic advice and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a leadership or advisory capacity.
- Prior experience within the real estate or investment sectors is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
