Daily Requirements

  • Update the assessments as needed.
  • Develop the treatment plan. Update as needed.
  • Train the Registered Behavior Technician and parent(s)/ guardian(s) in the implementation of the ITP and data collection.
  • Communicate with the RBT and parent(s)/guardian(s).
  • Oversee the implementation of the ITP, ensure implementation is based on evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Monitor effectiveness.

Weekly Requirements

  • Work between 2-6 hours per week monitoring RBT.
  • Provide monthly family training.
  • Oversee the implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies by the RBT and the customer's family.
  • Ensure ongoing education of family members and key staff on strategies used in ABA that should be implemented in the treatment plan.
  • Respond to concerns of family members and key staff regarding the treatment plan.
  • Provide on-site monitoring of treatment effectiveness and implementation fidelity.
  • Provide modification of the treatment plan and assessment information as necessary.
  • Update assessment at least every 6 months, as well as Individual Treatment Plan.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience in ABA Therapy.
  • Have a minimum two (2) years of experience developing/providing intensive intervention or overseeing the intensive intervention program for children with autism
