Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Role Overview
Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a center or home-based setting.
BCBAs are responsible for developing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are implemented one-to-one with our Behavior Technicians.
We are currently hiring a full-time BCBA to provide services at our West Branch location.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in ABA
- BACB Certification
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
