  • About Us
  • At National Therapy Center, we’re more than a workplace - we’re a team united by a shared purpose: helping children and families thrive through thoughtful, high-quality ABA care. We’ve created a structured, center-based environment where clinicians can focus on what they do best - without the stress of travel or constant transitions. National Therapy Center has been providing excellent therapy for children in the DMV area since 1991.

Why You'll Love This Role

Clinic-based setting: All services provided in one preschool-style location

Consistent caseload: 6-7 children per BCBA with strong administrative and clinical support

A stable, well-organized environment where schedules are reliable

A warm team culture: Collaboration where everyone truly supports one another

Comprehensive benefits package: (Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and more)

Clinical Growth: Opportunities to grow as a clinician and expand into leadership roles

Your Role & Impact

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting

Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members

Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • One year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • We’re looking for someone who is not only clinically strong, but also values consistency, teamwork, and creating a positive environment for both clients and staff. If you’re ready to be part of a supportive clinic where your work is valued and your day-to-day feels structured and predictable, we’d love to connect with you.
