- Talents, skills, and abilities:
- In addition - and as a condition of continued employment - AWARE's BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards.
- An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Requires five years of direct work experience. Position must be filled with a person certified in behavior analysis.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Montana Driver's License, with an acceptable driving record. Must pass a criminal and protective services background check.
