We are a well known company based in Abu Dhabi for supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of facade access systems, Building Maintenance Units, Abseiling Systems, Davit Systems, Anchor Points, Rope Access Systems, Window Cradle Cleaning Systems Etc.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BMU Technician located in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
include the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Maintenance Units (BMUs).
The technician will ensure safe and efficient functioning of the equipment, perform regular inspections, and address any repair or servicing needs.
Collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining Building Maintenance Units (BMUs)
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, with the ability to perform troubleshooting and repairs
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with other team members
- Ability to work in an on-site, hands-on technical role
- Relevant certifications or training in mechanical systems, electronics, or a similar field
- Previous experience in building maintenance, construction, or related fields is a plus
Driving License
- Candidate with UAE Driving License is a plus
