The role involves executing testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting BMS systems, including field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations.
Conduct functional performance testing, ensure compliance with project specifications, coordinate with project teams and clients, and prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation while supporting system optimization and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in BMS testing and commissioning, strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS platforms, communication protocols, troubleshooting, and technical drawings, with good teamwork and communication skills.

Job Purpose

Key Tasks / Responsibilities
- Execute testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.
- Verify field devices, controllers, networks, and system integrations.
- Conduct functional performance testing and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients during commissioning activities.
- Prepare commissioning reports, test documentation, and handover packages.
- Support site activities, system optimization, and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS architecture, and field instrumentation.
- Experience with leading BMS platforms such as Schneider Electric, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, or similar systems.
- Good understanding of communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
- Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation, and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Project, Word & PPT, Excel) is required.
- Good English writing and communication skills.
