BMS Operator

About This Role

FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

· Create and manage BIM models for architectural projects.

· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient BIM workflows.

· Review and analyze project documents to identify and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies.

· Create and maintain BIM standards and templates to ensure consistency and quality.

· Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

· Provide technical support and training to other team members on BIM processes and software.

· Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of BIM deliverables.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMMUNICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller or BIM Architect in MEP/Joinery/Fit out industry

· Experience working on architectural projects in the construction industry.

· Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office / factory environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
