About This Role
Role Overview
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals for BMS projects by reviewing drawings, specifications, and coordinating with suppliers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOMs, and tender proposals for BMS projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and system requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and technical inputs
- Support BMS system design and material selection
- Handle technical clarifications with clients & consultants
- Assist in tender submission and project handover activities
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in EEE / Instrumentation or related field
- Experience in BMS engineering or estimation preferred
- Strong knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
