- Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment or completion of equivalent technical training program.
- Passing score on the Maintenance Technician assessment is required.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, controls, PLCs, blending and thermal processing systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated manual dexterity and ability to work safely around machinery.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and performing tasks in variable temperature conditions.
- Must be able to work flexible schedules; night shift hours are 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM on a rotating 2‐2‐3 schedule including weekends.
- Required certification to be obtained within 90 days of start date.
- Excellent problem‐solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks under time pressure.
- Effective communicator, capable of collaborating across technical, production, and support functions.
- Proficient in computers and maintenance software systems; digitally fluent and comfortable adapting to new tools and data platforms.
- Commitment to safety, product quality, and operational excellence in alignment with Coca‐Cola’s production standards.
