Blazor Technical Lead / .NET Solution Architect

CrystalVoxx Ltd is a software development company providing integrated EHR and Practice Management solutions for the US healthcare industry.

We are looking for a hands-on .NET Solution Architect / Blazor Technical Lead to modernize our existing EHR application built on ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, C#, APIs, and SQL Server into a scalable, modern application using Blazor, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.

• Design scalable application architecture and define technical standards.
• Lead migration from ASP.NET Web Forms to Blazor and ASP.NET Core.
• Build reusable Blazor components and RESTful APIs.
• Define security, performance, database, and integration standards.
• Design scalable solutions supporting concurrent users.
• Plan phased migration, testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.
• Mentor developers and conduct architecture and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, QA, database, and infrastructure teams.

• 8–12+ years of .NET/C# development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blazor (minimum 2+ years preferred).
• Expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API and REST API architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, transactions, and performance tuning.
• Experience with application architecture, dependency injection, authentication, authorization, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of IIS, load balancing, logging, monitoring, and production deployments.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

• Experience modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
• Healthcare/EHR application experience.
• Experience designing high-concurrency enterprise applications and scalable systems.
