Role Description
The Bitumen Plant Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the bitumen plant, ensuring seamless production processes and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
include managing plant operations, coordinating production schedules, optimizing efficiency, and leading the workforce.
The manager will also be tasked with monitoring equipment performance, resolving operational issues, and implementing strategies to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
- Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and process optimization
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Work experience in the bitumen or construction materials industry is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional languages will be a plus
