Role overview

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and Imdad’s service-level agreements.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Complete field service reports, PPM checklists, Salesforce records, and supplier reports with clear messages and solutions.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions for technical tasks and develop technical skills through independent effort and guidance.
• Maintain a safe working environment in the office and at customer sites.
• Report service contract opportunities to the department head and promote service contracts according to the sales plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronics, or Mechatronic Engineering from an accredited university.
• 0–2 years of service experience.
• Score at least 80% on Imdad’s technical exam.
• Bilingual Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong electronics technical background; adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Effective time management and organization skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
